A top coat of Clear Vision PPS-2974 is suggested. Alternatively, and Prismatic transparent, candy, or various Prismatic Powders clear may be used depending on your desired finish.

I bought Black Frost and Flat Shocker Yellow from you. How do I get the desired shade pulsed from her gallery of creation?

You want to keep a close eye on the part after placing it in the oven. Once you see the veins appear, immediately pull the part out. Allow the part to cool and then the Shocker Yellow top coat can be applied.
