Project Gallery Submissions

Prismatic Powders does not use or distribute your information with 3rd parties outside of our and website and social networks. Your submitted information and media are used to showcase our products on real world applications. By ensuring that the proper Prismatic Powders color(s) and keyword(s) are selected, guests will have the ability to become inspired, shop, and easily find a Local Qualified Prismatic Powders Applicator nearby. Prismatic Powders (NIC INDUSTRIES INC®) reserves the right to use, edit or modify any picture or text that is submitted, and we ask that your submissions adhere to the following guidelines.

Keep It Clean - We will deny any images, material, or media that is vulgar, pornographic, obscene, profane, illegal, offensive, insulting, objectionable or those containing other content that is not appropriate. No images may contain alcohol or anyone under the age of 18.
Original - We will deny any images from other sources. No images that infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other legal property right.
Be Seen - Images should focus on the coated object highlighting the creativity/skill level of the application and the uniqueness of the project. Images should not be blurry, dark, in poor composition or otherwise difficult to view. And please no fingers, feet, hands or faces in frame.

All submissions are human reviewed, and we do not approve all submissions. To ensure that your submission is approved, please take a few minutes to browse our gallery to use as a baseline reference before submitting your media.

Prismatic Powders is committed to providing the highest quality coatings available. From raw material procurement to manufacturing and packaging, every step is tested and certified against some of the highest industry standards including ASTM and MIL Spec. Lot samples of raw materials and finished goods are retained for further testing and certification if necessary. Prismatic Powders Quality Assurance Program complies with ISO 9000 standards.

Color Matching Service

This color matching database is a service provided by Prismatic Powders. This database contains color match recommendations that have been provided by our global network of customers and end users. This service is designed to help customers quickly search for colors that are commonly found on anything from vehicles to sports teams.

Upon completing a search please take note:

Sample before you buy! We ship swatch samples which can save you time and money.
Actual color(s) may vary from on-screen representation.
These are powder coatings and not liquid paints.
It's a good practice to shoot a sample panel for you and your customer to ensure the final cured product meets the project requirements.

Shipping Policy

Prismatic Powders provides the fastest, most affordable shipping options available. Prismatic Powders makes every effort to ship all orders of in-stock items within 48 hours of the order being processed. Orders are not processed during weekends and holidays. International orders containing an out-of-stock item will be held until the complete shipment can be fulfilled. International orders to countries other than Canada may be subject to additional duties and taxes not included in the transit costs. Prismatic Powders utilizes UPS to ship domestic orders. All international orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx and DHL International Priority. International orders returned to NIC for unpaid duties and taxes will be subject to a return delivery fee. These fees along with the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount at the time a credit is processed. If this cost exceeds the original order amount a refund will not be issued. Domestic and International shipping rates can be viewed in the checkout screen prior to completing the order process. All rates include insurance, residential & extended area charges if applicable. All delivery methods will be delivered by 3 p.m. to most commercial U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas; and by 8 p.m. to residential addresses. Order up to 5 swatches, for only $9.95 domestic or $29.95 international. There is an additional $0.40 charge for each additional swatch ordered.

Prismatic Powders Fast Pass

Prismatic Powders Fast Pass service puts you at the head of the line. We will produce your order and ship your product Next Day Air to ensure that you have the powder you need the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Fast Pass service is available until 10:30 am Pacific Time each business day. A $75 Fast Pass Fee will be added for each color in your cart. Overnight shipping also applies. Service is not available if a color is out of stock or exceeds 250lbs. All Fast Pass orders for AK/HI/PR and international destinations will ship as outlined in the Fast Pass service policy however, the delivery is based on the carrier's service.

Warranty

Prismatic Powders (NIC INDUSTRIES INC®) does not warranty the use or application of the materials it manufactures or supplies. Our only obligation shall be to replace any defective materials supplied by us or refund the original purchase price of the product after we have determined it to be defective. We assume no liability for damages of any kind and the user accepts the product 'as is' and without any warranties, expressed or implied. The suitability of the product or intended use shall be the sole responsibility of the user. All information provided is believed to be correct, to the best of our knowledge and testing. We recommend that you make adequate tests in your laboratory or plant to determine if this product meets your requirements.

Sales Tax

California and Wisconsin customers: You will receive a prompt at checkout to enter your tax-exempt number for your order. You will be charged sales tax for your given shipping address and order value if you do not have a tax-exempt number.

Credit Card Processing

Prismatic Powders is PCI DSS Compliant. Prismatic Powders utilizes a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant host to ensure we offer the most secure credit card processing available.

Returns/Cancellations

Returns must transpire within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. The customer is responsible for transportation costs for the return. A return fee of 50% of the price of the original material will be incurred—only unopened, unused products in original packaging are available for return. Before refusing or returning any product, please call customer service (866-774-7628) and make prior arrangements. A return merchandise authorization number must be issued (RMA) to receive any form of compensation for the return. Cancellation: All of our powders are made to order. Cancelling an order after it has already gone into production will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Prismatic Powders Heat Damage Policy

A friendly reminder to our valued customers. Extreme temperatures may damage your powder if exposed to temperatures of 75 degrees or more for several hours. Prismatic Powders strongly recommends our Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air service when shipping any heat sensitive powders, such as candies, clears, and 'chrome like' colors, etc. Prismatic Powders now offers low cost, flat rate air shipping on all orders. Ask a representative for details.

Prismatic Powders will not be responsible for any damaged powder due to heat exposure, i.e., packages left on shipping docks over a weekend or holiday. We encourage you to plan ahead.

Color Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
