Tinted Clear II is a dark transparent grey with a fine metallic. This color is a polyester top coat powder coat with a high gloss finish.

Transparent powder coatings allow the underlying substrate to influence the final color, depth, brightness, and reflectivity. The S-Panel image and Prismatic Powders swatches are applied over a smooth, bare aluminum substrate; while Super Chrome Plus UMS-10671 provides a bright, reflective base for candy and transparent topcoats, the resulting appearance will not be identical to the S-Panel or swatches. Less-reflective substrates may produce a softer or more muted appearance, so we always recommend shooting a test panel to confirm the desired results.

If Tinted Clear II (PPB-6680) is applied over super chrome II will it give a true black chrome look?
