Do I have to fully cure Heavy Silver before applying a top coat?

No, Heavy Silver does not need to be fully cured. Simply allow it to bake 2-5 minutes past the point of flow out and then remove from the oven and allow to cool before applying a top coat.

What kind of a spray gun shold be used here, "tribo" or "corona"?

Definitely a corona charge gun. Tribo guns do not charge metallic powders very well.
