Can this be IR Cured?

Yes it can be, but IR curing has it's limitations from part to part. If you are familiar with IR curing than you already know. IR curing offers short cure cycles but because it is base on radiation, the curing is done "line of sight". So to have even curing over all the surface area of the part, the lamps must be directed all the way around the part being cured, which can present some challenges based on the part.
