Does Cadillac Grey need a top coat such as Clear Vision? If not and if I decide to anyway, does it need to be partially or fully cure before applying the top coat?

Cadillac Grey does not require a top coat, however if you do wish to apply one then it would be best for overall durability and inter-coat adhesion to only partially cure the base coat of Cadillac Grey by allowing it to reach flow out for 3-5 minutes before removing and applying the clear top coat.
