Does Gloss White (PSS-5690) Cover well? I am looking for a white powder coat that doesn't require multiple coats.

Gloss White (PSS-5690) does cover well however, we find that the majority of coverage issues with any powder comes down to part prep and application set-up including substrate and rack grounding, gun voltage and microamp settings, atomized and feed air pressures as well as ambient air and other equipment used including heat control of your oven, hopper used (fluidized hopper is recommended over box feed), air line filters/traps, etc.
Mil thickness is another important part of the process. Achieving 2-3 mil thickness (.002" to .003") is ideal. You should not need to apply multiple coats to achieve this thickness. This should be easily achieved with one coating. I recommend having a mil gauge and infrared thermometer like the ones offered on our website.
