Is it necessary clear top coat Polar White when used on atv arms?

Polar White does not require a clear top coat. It is designed to be a single stage powder color.

I'm using a polar white over top of shocker yellow and transparent copper. The polar white is picking up the underneath color. With shocker it's coming out a light olive color and with the transparent copper it's coming out a dirty white. If I can't use polar white can you advise me as to what bright white I can use that will not pick up underneath color and is a high gloss? Thanks

What you are experiencing is the pigment from the base coat colors bleeding through. The only way to keep this from happening is to not coat over top of other colors.
