What kind of clear coat do you recommend with neon yellow (PSS-1104)?

Our Clear Vision (PPS-2974) is a great option as it offers superb UV stability to the powders it's applied over. It is also a high-gloss finish to help compliment Neon Yellow's 85+GU rating.

When i remove my parts from the oven my parts are coming out more "White" and not fluorescent yellow, what is the cause of this?

Making sure your substrate temperature is reaching adequate levels before starting your cure timer is imperative with Neon Yellow. There is a wide range of how the color can look if these steps are not properly taken. I've provided some pictures of what under-curing can look like.

Does Chartreuse Sherbert PSS-7068 or Neon Yellow PSS-1104 require a clear coat?

Neither Chartreuse Sherbert PSS-7068 nor Neon Yellow PSS-1104 "require" a clear coat. A clear coat will provide added protection from road debris, discoloration from chemical application like cleaning materials, hard water spots and provide the color with amazing depth but beyond that these two colors can be applied without the need of a clear coat.

Does Neon Yellow need a white base before hand? I currently have a white powder coated base, would I need to get that blasted before hand and then do the neon or can I just go over it? Basically want to know if it works either way.

Neon Yellow does not require a base coat. You can shoot directly over the substrate, but make sure to clean it and give it a good profile to stick to. Also, try doing 2 coats for the best result. Shoot the first coat, do a partial cure, pull it out, let it cool, then hit it with a 2nd coat and do a cure full on the 2nd.
