Golden Brass II is a rich brassy gold. This color is a transparent polyester powder coat and has a high gloss finish.

Transparent powder coatings allow the underlying substrate to influence the final color, depth, brightness, and reflectivity. The S-Panel image and Prismatic Powders swatches are applied over a smooth, bare aluminum substrate; while Super Chrome Plus UMS-10671 provides a bright, reflective base for candy and transparent topcoats, the resulting appearance will not be identical to the S-Panel or swatches. Less-reflective substrates may produce a softer or more muted appearance, so we always recommend shooting a test panel to confirm the desired results.

We got dark marks when baking this powder. What is causing this?

It sounds like the film thickness was possibly inconsistent. The dark areas are probably were the powder was thicker.
