Made a 5-point harness bar for a Honda Ridgeline used on a ranch. The Dallas Makerspace provides a metal shop and automotive bay where the tube bending and powder application was done. The chromoly tubing was bent on their hydraulic bender, welded with TIG and the Surface was prepped in a Vapor Hone wet media blaster, Black Jack powder applied, then baked in their large oven. The bar is made of 1.25" chromoly, with stainless wall plates, and took approx 1.5-2 oz powder for one coat of Black Jack.
