What is the weight capacity for the 7.125in hooks. Could they hold wheels?

It depends on the weight of the wheel. Lighter wheels should be no problem, but heavier steel type wheels may prove too heavy and cause the hook to bend if the wheel bounces around transitioning from booth to oven.
