Can you tell me why my color is darker than those in the photo? Am I doing something wrong? my oven only reaches 300 degrees maximum

It's not a good idea to try and match physical spray outs to photos because every monitor can represent color differently. The second issue is, if your oven can only reach 300F then you are not going to be able to cure the powder. The minimum cure temp for this color is 350F.

What process should i do to get the same color as the photos, because i am not getting exactly the same color

The difficult part about trying to match to photos is that you never know if what you are seeing on your screen is accurate. While we do take ever measure possible to make sure our colors are represented as accurately as possible, it's not always possible to 100% accurate. Add to that the fact that every monitor is different and very few people have "True Color" or color correct monitors. It always best to order a color swatch of the color, and make sure it matches to that, rather than a photo online.
