Greetings in the past we've touched on some sensitive areas, one of which is housekeeping, in particular, keeping the area in which you work clean. One of the areas that we would like to expand upon is when you're loading the powder into the fluidizer. Now, we understand that in a job or shop environment it is not always easy to keep every speck of dust dirt, or other powder colors off of the bags; we get it. It is very important that you fully clean the bag before you load the hopper, cleaning the bag is perhaps as important as cleaning the rest of your body... err the rest of your equipment.

Cleaning your bag is as important as keeping the fluidized hopper clean, or keeping your gun clean. Keep in mind everything that's on the bag when you load the hopper could go into the hopper with it, for example, the last person to use this didn't do a very good job. You would be surprised at what we found. Whoa, who put that in there? Who used this? It was Jimmy! What is that? Oh my gosh, they never clean... Rob... he's been looking for these.

After you have cleaned the bag, if you still have some concern about contamination being inside the opening of the bag you'll notice that when we send these bags out it's looped over. The reason why we do that, it's very clever, is because if it does look like there's some contamination in there you can simply take some scissors and snip the bag; voila! That portion that is contaminated is gone and you have a new section. So what is the takeaway? The takeaway is don't handle a dirty bag. Clean your bag.
