Project Story
We plasma cut all metal parts from 16-gauge steel to use in our Heavy Duty Metal U.S. Flag. We then cleaned, prepped, and powder-coated the metal components, bolts, and mounting hardware before assembly. For our "Rugged Glory" version, we wanted to use powders that more closely matched a traditional American flag.
