Quality Assurance Program:

NIC Industries, Inc. is committed to providing the highest quality coatings available. From raw material procurement to manufacturing and packaging, every step is tested and certified against some of the highest industry accepted quality standards including ASTM and MIL Spec. Lot samples of raw materials and finished goods are retained for further testing and certification if necessary. NIC’s Quality Assurance Program complies with ISO 9000 standards.

Processing and Delivery Terms:

NIC Industries, Inc.™ makes every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. NIC is able to offer over 6500 powder coating colors and nearly 100 ceramic coatings with a 1 to 5 business day processing time. NIC utilizes UPS, Fed Ex and several LTL and FTL services to ship products worldwide. During the ordering process, please specify a preferred freight carrier and method. If a preferred carrier is not selected, NIC will attempt to select the best carrier with service to your area. Upon request, NIC will retain freight account numbers for customers requesting freight collect on small pack orders. Please read below for specific delivery and processing policies for Prismatic Powders™ and Cerakote™ ceramic coatings.

Prismatic Powders™ Processing and Delivery Terms

All Prismatic Powder orders are made to order, which means the powder coating is scheduled and manufactured when the order is placed. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for processing. Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days, however it may take 4 to 5 business days to produce an order during high demand periods. For urgent orders, Prismatic offers an expedite service, guaranteeing an order will ship the same day it’s received. Expedite orders must be received by 10:00am PST. A $25.00 charge will be added to expedited orders. Please contact a Prismatic Powders representative for details.

Cerakote™ Processing and Delivery Terms

NIC strives to have every Cerakote product in stock and ready to ship. Occasionally a product may be out of stock during high demand periods. In stock products usually ship in 1 to 2 business days, while out of stock products take 3 to 5 business days to ship. For urgent orders, Cerakote offers an expedite service, guaranteeing an in stock order will ship the same day it is received. Expedite orders must be received by 10:00am PST. A $25.00 charge will be added to expedited orders. Please contact a Cerakote representative for details.

Warranty:

NIC Industries, Inc. does not warranty the use or application of the materials it manufactures or supplies. Our only obligation shall be to replace any defective materials supplied by us or refund the original purchase price of the product after we have determined it to be defective. We assume no liability for damages of any kind and the user accepts the product “as is” and without any warranties, expressed or implied. The suitability of the product or intended use shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

All information provided is believed to be correct, to the best of our knowledge and testing. We recommend that you make adequate tests in your laboratory or plant to determine if this product meets your requirements.

Returns:

Returns must transpire within thirty(30) days from the invoice date. Freight charges must be pre-paid prior to returning. A return fee of 50% of the original materials cost will be incurred. Before refusing or returning any product, please call customer service (866-774-7628) and make prior arrangements. An authorization number must be issued in order to receive any form of compensation for the return.

Prismatic Powders Heat Damage Policy:

A friendly reminder to our valued customers. Extreme temperatures may damage your powder if exposed to temperatures of 75 degrees or more for several hours. Prismatic Powders recommends a 3 day service or sooner when shipping any heat sensitive powders, such as candies, clears, and "chrome like" colors, etc...

Prismatic Powders will not be responsible for any damaged powder due to heat exposure, i.e., packages left on shipping docks over a weekend or holiday. We encourage you to plan ahead.

Color Information:

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
